माती आरोग्य पत्रिकेचे 1 कोटी 31 लाख शेतकऱ्यांना वाटप

मुंबई, दि.25 : जमिनीचे आरोग्य अबाधित राखतानाच एकात्मीक अन्नघटक व्यवस्थापनासाठी तसेच खतांच्या संतुलीत वापराकरिता माती आरोग्य पत्रिका योजना राबविली जात आहे. त्यानुसार गेल्या वर्षी राज्यातील एक कोटी 30 लाख शेतकऱ्यांना मृद आरोग्य पत्रिकेचे वितरण करण्यात आले.

2015-16 पासून माती आरोग्य पत्रिका योजना राष्ट्रीय शाश्वत शेती अभियानांतर्गत राबविली जाते. प्रमुख व सूक्ष्म अन्नघटकांसाठी माती परीक्षण प्रयोगशाळेत केले जाते. त्याचे विश्लेषण करुन शेतकऱ्यांना, माती आरोग्य पत्रिकेचे वाटप केले जाते. 2015-16 व 2016-17 या प्रथम टप्प्यात 28 लाख माती नमून्यांची तपासणी करुन 1 कोटी 31 लाख शेतकऱ्यांना आणि 2017-18 व 2018-19 या द्वितीय टप्यात 28 लाख माती नमून्यांची तपासणी करुन 1 कोटी 30 लाख 53 हजार शेतकऱ्यांना माती आरोग्य पत्रिकेचे वितरण करण्यात आले.

योजनेच्या दुसऱ्या टप्प्यात केंद्र शासनाच्या ऑनलाईन प्रणालीद्वारे संकलीत झालेल्या माहितीनुसार खरिप 2019 मध्ये प्रत्येक तालुक्यातील शेतकऱ्यांना पिकनिहाय मुख्य मूलद्रव्यांचे मोबाईल संदेश देण्यात आले.

राज्यात सध्या माती परीक्षणासाठी शासकीय 31 तर योजनेंतर्गत समाविष्ट असलेल्या नोंदणीकृत अशासकीय 224 अशा एकूण 225 माती चाचणी प्रयोगशाळा आहेत. त्यांची नमूने तपासणीची वार्षिक क्षमता सुमारे 21 लाख आहे, असे कृषिमंत्री डॉ.अनिल बोंडे यांनी सांगितले.

केंद्र शासनाच्या सूचनेनूसार या वर्षापासून माती आरोग्य पत्रिका योजनेत बदल करण्यात आला आहे. राज्यातील प्रत्येक तालुक्यातील एका गावाची निवड करुन त्यातील सर्व खातेदार शेतकऱ्यांच्या शेतजमिनीतील माती नमुन्यांची तपासणी करुन माती आरोग्य पत्रिका वितरीत करण्याचा पथदर्शी प्रकल्प राबविण्यात येत असल्याचे कृषीमंत्र्यांनी सांगितले.

या पथदर्शी प्रकल्पात राज्यातील सर्व 351 तालुके निवडण्यात आले आहेत. त्यातील 351 गावांमध्ये 1 लाख 84 हजार खातेदारांचे 2 लाख 8 हजार माती नमुने तपासण्याचे काम अंतिम टप्प्यात आहे.  माती आरोग्य पत्रिकेचे वितरण क्षेत्रीय पातळीवरील विस्तार यंत्रणेमार्फत करण्यात येते. मूलद्रव्यांची कमतरता असलेल्या निवड झालेल्या प्रत्येक गावात 50 हेक्टर क्षेत्रात प्रात्यक्षिके राबवली जाणार आहेत. यासाठी प्रतिहेक्टर 2500 रुपये अनुदान दिले जाणार आहे. गावांमध्ये शेतकरी मेळावे आयोजित करुन माती आरोग्य पत्रिकेत नमूद केलेल्या बाबींवर तज्ज्ञांद्वारे मार्गदर्शन केले जाते, असे कृषी विभागाचे सचिव एकनाथ डवले यांनी सांगितले.

राज्यात 16 जिल्ह्यांमध्ये 26 ते 29 ऑगस्ट दरम्यान वैद्यकीय व दंत महाआरोग्य शिबीराचे आयोजन

उद्या सोमवारी ठाण्यात होणार राज्यस्तरीय उदघाटन समारंभ

मुंबई, दि. 25 :- राज्यातील आदिवासी भागातील रुग्णांना तज्ञ डॉक्टरांच्या आरोग्यसेवा उपलब्ध करून देण्यासाठी 16 जिल्ह्यांमध्ये उद्यापासून दि. 26 ते 29 ऑगस्ट या काळात वैद्यकीय व दंत महाआरोग्य शिबीराचे आयोजन करण्यात आले आहे. या महाआरोग्य शिबिराचा जनतेने लाभ घ्यावा, असे आवाहन आरोग्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे यांनी आज येथे केले.

दरम्यान, या महाआरोग्य शिबीराचा राज्यस्तरीय शुभारंभ उद्या सोमवारी दि. 26 ऑगस्ट रोजी ठाणे येथुन करण्यात येणार आहे. मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस, शिवसेना पक्षप्रमुख उद्धव ठाकरे यांच्या हस्ते याशिबिराचे उद्घाटन होणार असल्याचे आरोग्यमंत्र्यांनी सांगितले. ठाण्यातील डॉ. काशीनाथ घाणेकर सभागृह येथे सकाळी अकरा वाजता हा कार्यक्रम होणार आहे.

पालघर, ठाणे, रायगड, नागपूर, गोंदिया, चंद्रपूर, गडचिरोली, नांदेड, अमरावती, यवतमाळ, नाशिक, नंदुरबार, जळगांव, धुळे, पुणे व अहमदनगर या सोळा जिल्ह्यांमध्ये जिल्हास्तरीय महाआरोग्य शिबीर घेण्यात येणार आहे. तज्ञ डॉक्टरांचा सल्ला, आरोग्य तपासणी, वैद्यकीय चाचण्या, मोफत औषधे व उपचार, आवश्यक त्या शस्त्रक्रिया व दंतचिकित्सा आदी आरोग्य सुविधा देण्यात येणार आहेत, असे आरोग्यमंत्र्यांनी सांगितले.

“संकल्प निरोगी महाराष्ट्राचा”या उद्दीष्ट्यपूर्तीसाठी जनसामान्यांपर्यंत व समाजाच्या शेवटच्या घटकातील गरजू रुग्णांना 14 प्रकारच्या तज्ञ डॉक्टरांच्या सेवा या माध्यमातून उपलब्ध होणार आहेत.  शिबिराच्या ठिकाणी पौष्टिक आहार, सिकल सेल, अॅनेमिया, स्वच्छता व राष्ट्रीय आरोग्य अभियानाच्या विविध कार्यक्रमांबाबत प्रदर्शन स्वरूपात जनजागृती करण्यात येणार आहे. आदिवासी भागातील रुग्णांना तज्ञ डॉक्टरांच्या सेवा देऊन त्यांना दिलासा देण्याचा प्रयत्न केला जात आहे. असे आरोग्यमंत्र्यांनी यावेळी सांगितले.

Allotment of Soil Health Card to 1.31 crore farmers

Mumbai, 25.Aug.19: Soil Health Card Scheme is being implemented for the management of crop-wise recommendations of nutrients and for balanced use of fertilizers while maintaining the health of the land. Accordingly, the Soil Health Card was distributed to 1.30 crore farmers in the state last year.

Since 2015-16, the Soil Health Card Scheme is implemented under the National Mission of Sustainable Agriculture. Soil testing is done in laboratories for major and minor food components. Soil get analyzed and distribution of Soil Health Card take place among the farmers according that testing reports. In the first phase of 2015-16 to 2016-17, around 28 lakh soil samples were inspected and distributed Soil Health Card to 1.31 crore farmers. While in second phase of 2017-18 to 2018-19, again 28 crore soil samples were tested and Soil Health Card distributed to 1, 30, 53,000 farmers.

According to the data compiled by the Central Government's online system, in the second phase of the scheme, in 2019, farmers of each taluka were given mobile messages informing about crop-wise main nutrients, in the state.

In the state, there are currently 31 government soil testing laboratories and 225 non-governmental 224 soil testing laboratories registered under the scheme. These laboratories can analyzed around 21 lakhs samples in a year, said Agriculture Minister Dr Anil Bonde.

The Soil Health Card Scheme has been modified from this year as per the suggestion of the Central Government. The Agriculture Minister said that a pilot project is implementing in villages of each of the talukas of the state to inspect the soil samples of all the registered farmers and distribute Soil Health Card to them.

All 351 talukas in the state have been selected under this pilot project. In the last phase, the work of examining 2.8 lakhs soil samples from 1.84 lakhs villages is in last step. Distribution of these Soil Health Card distribute through regional level extension systems. Demonstrations will be conducted in 50 hectares in each selected village which soil found lack of basic nutrients. A grant of Rs 2500 per hectare will be provided for this. Experts guide the farmers on various results mentioned in soil health card in farmers’ rallies said Agriculture Department Secretary EknathDawle.

Medical and dental care camps will be organized in 26 districts of the state from August 26 to 29.

A state-level inauguration will be held in Thane tomorrow

Mumbai, 25.Aug.19: To provide specialist doctor and healthcare to the patients in tribal areas of the state, medical and dental care camps have been organized in the state during August 26 to 29. People should take benefit of these camps, appealed Health Minister EknathShinde.

He further informed that inauguration ceremony of this camp will be conducted at the hands of Chief Minister DevendraFadanvis and Shivsena Chief UddhavThackray, at Dr.KashinathGhanekar Auditorium, Thane at 11 am on August 26.

District level health checkup camps will be held in sixteen districts Palghar, Thane, Raigad, Nagpur, Gondia, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, Nanded, Amravati, Yavatmal, Nashik, Nandurbar, Jalgaon, Dhule, Pune and Ahmednagar. Facilities like expert doctor’s advice, health checkup, medical tests, free medicines and treatments, necessary surgeries and dentistry, will be provided through these camps, stated Health Minister.

“Around 14 types of specialist doctors will be available to the masses and to the needy patients in the last components of the society through the services of the health checkup cap organized under the project "SankalpNirogiMaharashtracha". Awareness will be raised on various parts like nutrition, sickle cell, anemia, hygiene and program of National Health Mission at the camp site. Efforts are being made to provide relief to the patients in tribal areas by providing specialist doctors services” said Mr.EknathShinde at this time.
